The fee for dental services in the Netherlands is dictated by the NZa, Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit. This organisation is controlled by the Dutch Ministery of Helath, Welfare and Sports. The fee determined by the NZa unfortunately does not take in consideration the quality and the degree of difficulty of the offered treatment.
